We require a one-night deposit for single night stays and a 50% deposit for multiple night reservations.
Cancellation
If a cancellation is necessary 14 days or less before your arrival, you will be charged for the full amount of the reservation unless we are able to re-book the room. Some holiday weekends require 30 day notice of cancellation.
There will be a $25 administration fee on all cancelled reservations, regardless of whether or not we receive the two-week notice. Two or more nights, a $50 cancellation fee will be applicable. Three or more nights, 10% of the reservation will be applicable.
Early Departure
No refunds for early departures.
